About us
The American Ukraine PAC is a bipartisan Political Action Committee (PAC) dedicated to strengthening the U.S.–Ukraine relationship.
The American Ukraine PAC unites supporters to back candidates who champion Ukraine’s sovereignty, security, and victory. By raising and contributing funds within federal transparency and contribution rules, the PAC empowers Americans to have a stronger voice in U.S. policy toward Ukraine.
Through targeted fundraising, policy advocacy - promoting policies that advance U.S.–Ukraine cooperation—and lobbying—directly engaging lawmakers to influence legislation—the PAC ensures that Ukraine remains a top priority in American foreign policy. By working bipartisanly with congressional leaders, the American Ukraine PAC helps maintain strong U.S. support for Ukraine’s long-term security and success.
What does a PAC do?
A PAC is a political organization that allows individuals to pool their contributions to support candidates who share their values and policy goals, amplifying their impact in the political process.

In addition to donations to (and by) the American Ukraine PAC, the PAC solicits donations directly to endorsed candidates at https://candidates.amukrpac.org/page/PriorityRaces. These donations are processed through Democracy Engine, a Commercial Payment Processor specializing in campaign donations. Contributions to candidates through Democracy Engine do not show up in the American Ukraine PAC FEC filings as they are directly routed to the campaign via Democracy Engine. The American Ukraine PAC’s FEC filings understate our total impact by not including contributions routed via Democracy Engine.
Some of the donations to the PAC are unencumbered, and the American Ukraine PAC has discretion over how they are spent, while others are Earmarked donations, in which the donor specifies the beneficiary candidate. The American Ukraine PAC has no discretion over Earmarked funds.
If 99 donors give Earmarked donations to the Blue Candidate and only 1 donor gives to the Yellow candidate, it will appear in FEC reports that the PAC supports the Blue candidate 99 to 1. In fact, it is the PAC’s donors who favor the Blue candidate, not the PAC itself.
About 80% of total donations to the American Ukraine PAC, both directly and via Democracy Engine, are Earmarked to specific candidates. The American Ukraine PAC is truly a donor-led organization.
